I am a senior software engineer based in Peru. I design reliable systems on AWS, and I lead the technical teams that run them in production.

A hands-on engineer who also leads.
I work as a Senior Software Engineer at TRANZACT, a US-based company focused on high-volume insurance sales. There I design and maintain the systems that keep the operation running every day.
I also lead two teams technically: I help define architecture, review decisions with Product Owners, and support other engineers so the code stays easy to maintain.
What I value most: clear code, good observability, and decisions that don’t make life harder for whoever maintains the system years later.

I lead projects from the first conversation with the business until the system is running in production: understanding the problem, deciding the architecture, and staying close when something breaks. I move between two languages, the Product Owners’ and the engineers’, and I make sure both sides understand the same thing.
